Got tires,alignment,oil change for my company van. Drives the best it has since I started driving it. Dropped off my wife’s car for tires,brakes,oil change and got it back that afternoon. This shop is top notch all the way around. Highly recommended. We will be back.
A family member recommended this shop for a wheel alignment. I was a walk in upon opening. Although they were busy Scott got me taken care of and my car back to me by lunchtime as promised. 10 out of 10 would recommend and will return.
We're from out of town and thought our SUV might need an alignment because the steering wheel seemed to vibrate occasionally. The mechanics spent an hour looking over every inch of the vehicle and could find no problems, and they didn't charge a dime for the inspection! We're very happy we followed the reviews and gave Kaiser a try.
I recently purchased a 2024 Lexus in February and I recently had aftermarket wheels put on it from a tire rim place once they balance them that car vibrated and I noticed that they had only had weights on one wheel so I took it to Kaiser a business I've been dealing with since I was old enough to drive and I am 69 years old now and every set of tires have on has come from Kaiser so I took my vibrating new car to Kaiser and they rebalance the tires and it's as good as new as ever thanks to Jason Conder, my Lexus IS back riding smooth and quiet and no vibration whatsoever thanks to Jason, which Jason will probably be my number one go to guy when I go to Kaiser whenever I have a tire wheel issue he took great pride and what he was doing I could tell
Definitely picked the right place for car repairs. Cody was extremely professional and helpful on the phone, got me in right away and quickly diagnosed the issue. Ragan had the parts ordered and within a few hours, my car was done and out the door. Appreciated the follow up the next day to ensure all was well.
