I had researched tires for my Toyota Prius and the General RT45 was at the top of my list. I went to Kaiser Tire Pro on State Street in New Albany, Indiana and spoke with Carl about my selection. Carl explained the features of the tire and that sealed the deal! I was pleasantly surprised that Carl was able to schedule installation for later in the day. I will definitely return to this location for tires and other services for my car!

I had a valve cover and valve cover gasket replaced. There was a little “hiccup” but all it took was a call and the store manager, Ragan, got me back in and made sure my Trax was rip roaring road ready (if you can say that about a trax). The professionalism and integrity I experience is second to none. Without question, I will continue to do business with Ragan and will recommend Tire Pros to family, friends and anyone I know looking for a shop they can trust. 👍
